To order beef from Truster Cattle Company LLC, you may call or email us. If you have ANY questions please reach out to us and we will be happy to explain the process and answer any questions you may have.
The process typically goes as follows:
- You decided the amount of beef you would like to purchase; whole, half or quarter.
- You call or email to be added to our customer sheet.
- We will advise you on the next available slaughter date. We typically take 2-5 beef per month into slaughter, however we often are booked ahead. We will work with you to get your cut sheet ready for your order at this time as well.
- On the day your animal is scheduled for processing we will deliver it to Camden Locker LLC, and notify you of the hanging weight of the carcass; as well as what the total price will be.
- Once your order is completed at Camden Locker LLC you will receive a call from Camden Locker to inform you your order is ready for pickup and schedule a time to do so, along with the total processing fees due at pickup.
